Nothing takes us back to our childhood days quite like kaya. This delicious bourbon-based cocktail will have you nostalgically day-dreaming. The sweet pandan flavors of kaya are balanced with pineapple juice and chamomile tea to create this play on the classic afternoon snack of cream crackers with kaya.
One part decadent dessert, one part dessert, enjoy the chocolate-y flavor of tiramisu with this Kahlua and vodka-based cocktail Till-I-Miss-You… a perfect pick-me-up especially after a long day at work.
This gin-based cocktail has us daydreaming of a beautiful Japanese summer’s day. It’s light and refreshing combining gin with a blend of lemon and yuzu juice, raspberry, egg white and a honey-mint syrup.
Some Like It Hot
Looking to spice things up? Our Mexican-inspired jalapeño-cucumber tequila cocktail will surely give you a fiery kick. Experience the spicy sensation of jalapeño peppers, balanced out by the cooling, refreshing taste of cucumber.
This one twists a classic pornstar martini. Using a vodka base, this cocktail is tart yet brings out the sweetness of passionfruit. It’s then combined with fresh passionfruit purée and lime juice, and topped with a wedge of torched passionfruit to create a perfect blend of sweet and sour.
Sunset on Seine
The colours of sunset against the iconic Seine river in France was on our mind when we created this one. Starting with a base of Cognac, honey and apricot is added to create this smooth and sophisticated tipple.
No cocktail list would be complete without at least one martini. This is Ginett’s very own take on the flamboyant French martini. Instead of using Chambord liqueur, vodka is brought together with French red wine and pineapple juice to create this fruity and tart cocktail.
To celebrate the launch of the new menu, Ginett will be pouring these cocktails for just $15++ per drink. But hurry because this offer is only available in September 2020. Then from October onwards, the regular price of the cocktails will be $18++ per drink.
