Lamb Kofta, a great starter

The Lamb Kofta ($188) is a great way to start your meal. Minced lamb is marinated with oriental spices and herbs including cumin, red chili and olive oil. The meat is then formed into a patty, then grilled, and served with yogurt sauce and pita bread.

Lamb Moussaka, for hearty comfort

For a comfort hearty dish, try Scarlett’s Lamb Moussaka ($198). Layers of minced lamb cooked in a tomato based sauce, layered with eggplant and béchamel sauce, and baked until golden brown.

Lamb Shank, slow-cooked overnight

The lamb shank ($208) is slow cooked overnight with harissa paste and vegetables to bring out this melt-in-your-mouth texture and succulent flavour of the meat. It is then served with Scarlett’s famous mash potatoes.

Lamb Stew Pasta, perfect for a cold day 

Another comfort and hearty dish, the lamb stew pasta ($208), which has been inspired by our executive chef Provençal grandmother’s recipe. Penne pasta is served along with the carrots to make a complete dish.

Seared Saddle of Lamb, tenderness galour

This is considered one of most tender part of the lamb, making the saddle an expensive cut of lamb. Served as a fillet, the saddle of lamb ($268) is pan-seared to rosy pink, then accompany with mashed potatoes, asparagus and lamb jus.

St Emilion, Château La Croix Bertinat 2014 ($520)

A well structured and balanced Bordeaux wine with the nose of pink berries and the aromas of red currants.

Saint Joseph, Domaine Pichon 2016 ($590)

A 100% Syrah, this rounded and medium bodied red wine comes with a buttery nose and a hint of vanilla, a match made in heaven for our lamb dishes.

Auxey Duresses “1er Cru Les Duresses”, Cht. De Citeaux 2015 ($650)

A classic medium body wine from burgundy. With a 100% Pinot Noir expects an elegant spicy nose with red fruits, roasted oak and cocoa.
