Since it opened its doors in 2004, 25 Degrees at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel has been synonymous with gourmet burgers in Hollywood. Named for the ideal temperature difference between a perfectly cooked medium-rare and well-done burger, 25 Degrees brings a glam twist to the classic American burger joint. Our menu caters to every craving, offering cult-favorite burgers, crispy fries, indulgent spiked shakes, a selection of 14 beers on tap, and craft cocktails.
