Celebrate Love with a special 5-course menu
In the heart of Porto, Scarlett Wine & Food offers the perfect setting to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a memorable way. The restaurant has prepared an exclusive five-course menu, created by Chef Artur Silva, designed to surprise the most discerning palates and prove to be the ideal plan for the most romantic night of the year.
The culinary journey begins with an irresistible Jerusalem Artichoke Declinaison as an amuse-bouche, followed by a delicate starter of Hokkaido Scallops served with Pink Caviar Beurre Blanc. For the main course, the Chef invites guests to enjoy a comforting Seared Cod in a Miso Broth. The experience culminates with a unique dessert inspired by Black Forest, featuring Blackberries and Coffee, and ends with a Chocolate Trio.
This menu has been carefully crafted using premium ingredients, such as the Hokkaido scallops, known for their delicate texture, and Cod, a classic of Portuguese cuisine.
The exclusive Valentine’s menu is available for €85 per person and includes a special offer: a bottle of Saint Esprit Signature Rosé from Provence for reservations of two people. Reservations are available until February 12th.
