All July and August 2020, Scarlett Hong Kong is taking you to explore the hearty and memorable flavours of Provence.

Provençal cuisine is famous for its powerful flavors and simple but fresh ingredients. It is above all Mediterranean and “familial”— think grandmother cooking. It isn’t formal, it isn’t haute cuisine. The trinity of iconic elements at the heart of the region’s food is olive oil, garlic and the aromatic herbs grown there and you will find these in almost every dish.
