A Lil’ Plum-ly

When Khai, our Senior Bartender, was just a young boy, he used to visit a nearby mamak shop to buy sour plum candies. Inspired by this sweet, tart, comforting taste of childhood, he marries a signature Ginett wine – Les Déesses Muettes – with Gordon Gin to create a bold yet elegant cocktail.

Lifted by the fruitier components of lemon and lychee juices, and finished off with sour plum – it’s a drink that will have you reminiscing about the good old days.

Tropiconut

Khai was missing the beach so much that it prompted him to create a tropical cocktail that allows him to reminisce about spending time at his favourite spots in Bali and transport him right back there.

Constructed around an Absolut Vodka base, he adds mango juice, coconut water, coconut cream, and lemon juice to create a creamy yet refreshing drink. The addition of honey ginger brings another level of complexity while adding an exciting hint of spice to your palate.

Café au Ginett

In honour of his humble beginnings in the F&B industry when he first started out as a barista, Bartender Shamil honours his love for strong, aromatic espresso and rich, heavy cream in this luscious cocktail.

A combination of espresso, heavy cream, and sugar syrup form the perfect coffee base – while a splash of Absolut Vodka and Frangelico livens up the drink with a fresh, nutty note.

Whisk-A-Plum

Inspired by one of Ginett’s fondest regulars who always comes in asking for the bartender’s specials in the form of a strong yet easy-to-drink pre-meal aperitif – Bartender Mark and Senior Bartender Khai joined hands to create this whisky-based cocktail that’s bursting with complex and vibrant flavours.

Johnnie Walker Red Label is sweetened with fresh, juicy notes of apple juice, honey, and sour plum. A touch of Frangelico adds nuttiness and depth of flavour that’s undoubtedly elegant.

City Rose

To combat the high heat and humidity of Singapore, Assistant Bar Manager Aidil decided to create a drink that was refreshing enough to cool the year-long summer, but special enough to serve as a perk-me-up to sip on.

Sauza tequila and Campari are brightened with lime juice and grapefruit juice, in the City Rose – while rosemary syrup infuses the concoction with a woodsy, floral aroma.

To celebrate the launch of these new cocktails in Singapore, Ginett will be pouring them for just $16++ each. Hurry as this offer is only available from 6 – 30 June 2022. Then from July onwards, the regular price of the cocktails will be $18++ per drink.
