In celebration of Singapore’s 56th birthday, 25 Degrees introduces its all-new locally inspired treats: The Satay Burger and Chendol milkshake, paying homage to the heart of the nation’s F&B scene, the local hawkers.
An iconic dish that can be found all across Southeast Asia, Satay is a well-known and loved feature of the local hawker culture that is versatile and represents a communal experience. Exclusively until the end of August, 25 Degrees brings you an authentic taste of hawker fare in the form of a mouth-watering burger, The Satay Burger.
Featuring chargrilled chicken chunks, marinated with care in a traditional Satay marinade made up of a variety of spices including turmeric, shallots, galangal, chillies and more, The Satay Burger ($14++) is topped with a house-made chunky peanut sauce, tart pineapple chutney, pickled red onions, fresh and crunchy Japanese cucumber and fiery red chillies, all sandwiched between fluffy turmeric brioche buns. Satays-faction-guaranteed!
Complete your experience at 25 Degrees with a special Chendol Milkshake ($12++), made with the typical ingredients found in the well-known Chendol dessert – coconut milk, gula melaka syrup, green rice flour jelly, black grass jelly and red bean, blitzed with coconut ice cream for a sweet, creamy and refreshing dessert drink!
Both The Satay Burger and Chendol Milkshake will be available via delivery and takeaway from 25 Degrees Singapore from 19 July – 31 August 2021.
