Weighing between 1-1.2kg, the Angus Tomahawk is produced by Standbroke Farm in Australia using a mix of Hereford and British breed of cattle. For just THB 1,500++ per piece, enjoy the juicy and tender texture with light marbling.

EBONY BLACK ANGUS TOMAHAWK

150 Days Grain Fed, Marbling 4+

Ebony beef is produced from carefully selected Black Angus cattle in Australia, which is known to be one of the oldest cattle, and grain finished for 150 days. 270 Days Grain Fed, Marbling 5-6+

For a real juicy treat, savour the Wagyu Pure Black Angus Tomahawk – a well-produced and high quality piece of beef. Giving it is marbling score of 5-6+ is due to the slow process of raising the pure black beef cattle, grain feeding them for 270 days. Raised in the cool climate of the New England Tablelands, the meat is produced by Ranger Valley Farm, known for their excellent quality.
