Let loose and relax because it’s the weekend, and we all know that that means! It’s time for brunch in Hong Kong, one of our favourite meals. We’ve got a treat with a French and Mediterranean inspired menu for an indulgent brunch affair.
3-Course & 4-Course Brunch Set Menu
It’s the weekend and our tummies are calling for a comfort-filled brunch in Hong Kong that’s got that French and Mediterranean edge.
Insert Scarlett’s brunch set menu, a perfect way to celebrate the weekend – enjoy 3-courses for just $298 per person or 4-courses for $348, and both options includes a choice of coffee or tea. Make it even more bubbly by topping up HK$100 per person for 2 hours of free-flowing French sparkling wine.
To start your brunch affair, explore dishes like the Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, a well-balanced sweet and savoury way to start the meal, or try the Velouté Parmentier, as traditional style leek and potato soup with a twist. If carbs are what you’re craving, give the King Crab Bruschetta or the Burrata & Bayonne Ham Bruschetta a go, both served on a French-style baguette.
For mains, a range of Scarlett favourites have been included, so the hardest decision you may have to make is… which one?
Le Confit de Canard brings a traditional French classic to the table, with duck leg confit, roasted potatoes, mushroom and bacon served with duck sauce. Or try Scarlett’s Pork Cheek, a tandoori pork cooked with orange sauce and served with mashed potatoes. Pasta lovers will enjoy classic Bolognese or Carbonara with spaghetti, or try something different with the Cannelonni, which is stuffed with cod fish, herbs, and garlic sauce.
A sweet ending is a must during brunch and Scarlett’s showcasing not just 2 or 3 desserts, but a whopping 5 different desserts to choose from. If you love something sweet and tangy, try Le Citron, a lemon tart topped with Italian meringue and lemon sorbet. Or for a warm and fussy dessert, try Le Fondant, Scarlett’s twist on a lava cake made using 75% chocolate form Ecuador and served with vanilla ice-cream.

A La Carte Brunch Menu
Of course a proper brunch in Hong Kong would not be complete without egg dishes. Explore dishes that includes the Truffle Ham & Gruyère Croquettes (HK$148) served with sunny side up eggs, or the Eggs Benedict (HK$148) with English muffin, mushroom, spinach and Bayonne ham with Hollandaise sauce.
Plus we’ve got a selection of French delicacies including imported cold cuts and French cheese, or lighter items such as Scarlett’s Sunny Garden Salad (HK$128) or a crowd favourite, the creamy Burrata Di Puglia (HK$178), a fresh burrata served with cherry tomatoes. Mouth-watering French-inspired main courses are also available and include Half Roasted Chicken (HK$228) and Australian Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (HK$258), which both come with a side of French fries.
