- House-Cured Salmon Gravlax with lemon cream,
- The sweet and savoury Foie Gras Crème Brûlée,
- Garden Salad with house-made dressing, and

For Main Course
Of course a proper brunch in Hong Kong would not be complete without egg dishes! Explore classic brunch dishes that include Eggs Benedict with toasted English muffin, spinach, Hollandaise sauce, and a choice of salmon or bacon. Or, opt for a French Omelette served with green salad, on which you can choose to add black truffle for just $28.
That’s not all! Scarlett’s updated brunch offering also includes a variety of must-try highlight dishes, to take your meal to the next level. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there is something for everyone!
Le Confit de Canard brings a traditional French classic to the table, with duck leg confit, mashed potatoes, mushroom and bacon served with duck sauce. Or try Scarlett’s famous Wagyu Beef Rib Eye, 300g of Australian wagyu cooked per your preference, served with French fries. Pasta lovers will enjoy classic Carbonara or Sugo di Carne with a choice of spaghetti or penne, or try something different with the Burnt Eggplant Cannelloni, which is stuffed with oven roasted eggplant, garlic and olive oil.
A sweet ending is a must during brunch and Scarlett is serving you Le Café Gourmand, which consists of 3 of Scarlett’s signature desserts; Le Fondant, a lava cake made using 75% chocolate form Ecuador and served with vanilla ice-cream, Le Citron, a lemon tart topped with Italian meringue and lemon sorbet and 1910 Paris-Brest, house-made choux pastry with hazelnut & almond cream and praline surprise.
