We’ve got a treat for those who can’t get enough of French oysters and bubbles, plus a French and Mediterranean inspired a la carte menu for an indulgent brunch affair.

Free-Flow Oysters in Hong Kong

Our passion for good quality French oysters is real, so this one’s for all you oyster lovers because we’ve got all-you-can-eat French oysters for just HK$298 per person for up to 2 hours during brunch at Scarlett Café & Wine bar from 11AM – 3PM*. Make it even more bubbly by topping up HK$100 per person for 2 hours of free-flowing French sparkling wine. Please note that advanced booking for the free-flow oysters is required to avoid disappointment.

Imported directly from Yvon Madec’s farm in Brittany, France, Prat-Au-Coum oysters are considered one of the best species of French oysters in the world. Due to their combination of sweetness, iodised liveliness and a nuttiness, no wonder several top chefs including Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire choose to serve this type of oyster in their restaurants.

The Madec farm was established for more than a hundred years and continues to keep the passion alive through their traditional method of natural capture throughout five generations. So if you are looking for a place that serves quality French oysters in Hong Kong, you will not be disappointed at Scarlett Café & Wine Bar.

A La Carte Brunch Menu

Of course a proper brunch in Hong Kong would not be complete without egg dishes. Explore dishes that includes the Truffle Ham & Gruyère Croquettes (HK$148) served with sunny side up eggs, or the Eggs Benedict (HK$148) with English muffin, mushroom, spinach and Bayonne ham with Hollandaise sauce.

Plus we’ve got a selection of French delicacies including imported cold cuts and French cheese, or lighter items such as Scarlett’s Sunny Garden Salad (HK$128) or a crowd favourite, the creamy Burrata Di Puglia (HK$178), a fresh burrata served with cherry tomatoes. Mouth-watering French-inspired main courses are also available and include Half Roasted Chicken (HK$228) and Australian Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (HK$258), which both come with a side of French fries.
