For Main Course

Of course a proper brunch in Hong Kong would not be complete without egg dishes! Explore classic brunch dishes such as Eggs Benedict with toasted English muffin, spinach, Hollandaise sauce, and a choice of salmon or bacon.

Or, opt for something more creamy like our Carbonara Pasta which consists of Parmesan cheese on top with a 63-degree egg and a choice of casarecce or spaghetti.

That’s not all! Scarlett’s updated brunch offering also includes a variety of must-try highlight dishes, to take your meal to the next level. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there is something for everyone!

Steak frites for beef lovers or Vongole pasta for pasta lovers!

For Dessert

A sweet ending is a must! Choose from Scarlett’s signature desserts including:

Crispy Apple Pie served with house-made vanilla ice-cream

Profiteroles or Cream puff is a filled French and Italian choux pastry ball with a sweet served with choux pastry filling ice cream in the middle and on top with chocolate sauce
